The Pneumatic Ceramic Double Gate Valve is a type of valve used to cut off or connect fluid passages, widely used in industries such as power, chemical, and mining. Here is a detailed introduction:


Structural Composition: It mainly consists of a valve body, double gate, cylinder, return spring, positioning sleeve, and packing. Key components such as the gate and valve seat are made of ceramic material, featuring high hardness and strong wear resistance.


Working Principle: When air is supplied from the upper inlet, the valve stem moves the valve plate downwards, closing the valve. When air is supplied from the lower inlet, the valve stem moves the valve plate upwards, opening the valve. A spring is loaded between the valve plate and the valve seat; the spring force always keeps the valve plate pressed against the valve seat, ensuring the valve's sealing performance. It also allows the valve plate to move vertically to compensate for thermal expansion and contraction of valve parts.


Product Features: Excellent Sealing Performance: Utilizing a spring self-sealing structure and a special sealing surface, the sealing pair maintains a tight fit regardless of its position. It thoroughly removes residual dirt adhering to the sealing surface, resulting in extremely strong sealing performance and a near-zero leakage rate.


High wear resistance: Key components such as the gate and valve seat are made of ceramic materials. Ceramic has extremely high hardness and wear resistance, effectively resisting the corrosion of media containing particulate impurities.


Not prone to dust accumulation: Some valves use a special switching mechanism to prevent the gate from jamming due to temperature changes. An automatic drainage system is also installed at the bottom, and a dustproof mechanism is incorporated into the valve body to keep the internal cavity clean.


Long service life: The spring self-sealing structure automatically compensates for normal wear of the sealing surfaces, and the valve plate rotates during opening and closing, causing grinding and polishing between the sealing surfaces, which helps extend the valve's service life.
